We are seeking an experienced Director of Talent Acquisition to lead our in-house recruitment team, drive our talent strategy, and help shape our employer brand. This role is responsible for building and managing a high-performing team to source, attract, and hire exceptional talent across all functions, ensuring our organization scales efficiently with the right people in the right roles. As the Head of Talent Acquisition, you will play a strategic role in aligning our recruitment goals with the company’s growth objectives and fostering an inclusive, innovative culture.

The base salary offered is based on market location, and may vary further depending on individualized factors for job candidates, such as job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and other objective business considerations. Subject to those same considerations, the total compensation package for this position may also include other elements, including equity compensation, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits. Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Talent Acquisition Planning and Execution: Develop and execute a comprehensive talent acquisition strategy aligned with our business goals. Analyze workforce needs and partner with leadership to forecast future hiring needs. Establish clear KPIs to measure team efficiency, quality of hire, and speed of the process. Act as a hands-on recruiter to actively source, screen, interview, negotiate, and close candidates.
- Candidate Experience and Employer Brand: Lead the development and execution of a compelling candidate experience that reflects our brand and values. Partner with Marketing to build and promote an employer brand that attracts diverse, high-quality talent. Work with internal teams to ensure seamless transition from the hiring process to the onboarding.
- Process Improvement and Tools: Continuously evaluate and refine recruiting processes, ensuring they are scalable, efficient, and legally compliant. Assess and leverage the latest talent acquisition technologies, including applicant tracking systems and sourcing tools, to optimize team performance. Stay informed about trends in talent acquisition, ensuring the team uses innovative approaches to attract top talent
- Stakeholder Engagement: Build strong relationships with department leaders, understanding their hiring needs and providing strategic guidance. Act as a consultant to hiring managers, advising on sourcing, interviewing, and hiring best practices. Regularly report on recruitment metrics to senior leadership, providing insights to drive decision-making
- Proven experience leading talent acquisition efforts for startups, preferably within a high-growth or technology-driven environment. Experience with robotics, IoT, or AI industry is highly desired.
- Strong track record of high-volume recruiting for a variety of roles, with a focus on both speed and quality of candidates. Experience juggling multiple critical hires (10 positions at a time)
- Fast learner with an analytical mindset and experience in data-driven decision-making
- Ability to manage the ever-changing priorities and to stay focused on critical deliverables.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to influence, collaborate, and build strong relationships at all levels
- International talent acquisition experience is a big plus.
- Bachelor's degrees in HR, Business, or a related field are a plus

Salary : $120,000 - $170,000
