We are seeking an experienced and detailed finance manager. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining financial records, compliance with accounting principles, and managing a team in the accounting department.
Key responsibilities:
Supervise and manage the daily operations of the accounting team, including A/P, A/R/ G/L, payroll and month & year end reporting.
Prepare accurate financial statements, budgets, forecasts, variance reports, and analysis to management.
Coordinate and assist with external audits and tax filings.
Monitor and manage cash flow, budgeting, and forecasting activities.
Work closely with the ownership and management.
Education & Skills:
Bachelor’s degree in accounting.
5 years accounting experience with 2 year managing month end & year end reports.
Strong knowledge of financial reporting and cost accounting.
Proficiency in QuickBooks, and advanced Excel skills.
Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Excellent organization, analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines in a face paced environment.
High level of attention to detail and accuracy.
