Why this role is important to us
SimCorp is looking for a VP to lead Professional Services in the Americas.
The evolving SimCorp Americas team is one of the major growth markets for SimCorp globally; you have the responsibility for nearly 100 employees within Professional Services in the Americas whilst maintaining a P&L of 60-100m$.
This role will facilitate revenue growth for the region by leading commercial discussions for Services, together with the Customer Success and Sales teams to create and maintain a solid Order Inflow for PS.
This role will also have the responsibility of developing a team of Directors to contribute to the growth of the Americas, as well as effectively develop their own teams of consultants. There will be oversight of implementation project deliveries across the region.
This role is part of a Global Professional Services Management Team, driving global impact and collaboration across regions.
What you will be responsible for
Commercial Excellence
- Build the business with new and existing clients together with the Customer Success, Sales and Managed Services team within the region.
- Lead pre and post sales discussions, presenting key implementation methodology and best practices.
- Develop, implement and maintain profitable consulting services across the region.
- Deliver on financial and operational KPI's
- Contribute to global initiatives to improve efficiency and grow services revenue.

For New York City only : The salary range for this position is $228,720.00 - $343,080.00 USD. Additionally, employees are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus, and benefits including health care, leave, and retirement plans. Your total compensation may vary based on role, location, department and individual performance.
