Title: Enterprise Account Executive (IAM)Location:Houston, TexasWe are seeking a high-performing Enterprise Account Executive with a strong background in consulting sales and Identity and Access Management (IAM) solutions. This role is ideal for a strategic business development professional who excels at building trusted relationships with enterprise clients and helping them modernize their IAM programs.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and close sales opportunities by engaging CISOs and senior executives in meaningful business discussions.
- Act as a trusted advisor, positioning Simeio as a leader in IAM services and solutions.
- Drive new business through proactive outreach, networking, and strategic account management.
- Consistently exceed revenue targets on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
- Lead the full sales cycle, from initial engagement to proposal, pricing, and contract negotiations.
- Stay ahead of industry trends, understanding the customer landscape, competitive market, and IAM ecosystem.
- Work closely with internal teams, technology partners (SailPoint, Saviynt, CyberArk, Ping, BeyondTrust, Okta, etc.), and customers to ensure seamless sales execution.
- Assist in scoping and pricing IAM engagements to align with client needs and objectives.
- Effectively communicate and build relationships at all levels, from CEOs to IT administrators.
- 7 years of enterprise B2B sales experience, with a proven track record in IAM, cybersecurity, IT risk management, or related services.
- A business development mindset, with the ability to proactively engage and influence senior decision-makers.
- Strong understanding of IAM and compliance-related technologies and market trends.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to simplify complex solutions for executive stakeholders.
- Ability to travel within the territory for client meeting.Remote work available for the remainder of the role.
