Identity Architect – SailPoint IDNow/ISC

We are seeking a skilled SailPoint IdentityNow Architect to join our dynamic team. As a SailPoint IdentityNow Architect, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, Supporting and maintaining IDNOW solutions for our clients. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into effective identity and access management solutions. Additionally, you will provide technical expertise, troubleshoot issues, and ensure the successful deployment and integration of SailPoint IDNOW within client environments.

The Opportunity:

The Consultant is responsible for supporting the delivery and support of high-quality Identity and Access Management services while adhering to Simeio's standards and best practices. The ideal candidate would have experience primarily in SailPoint IDNOW to serve as a member of multiple client engagement teams that assist clients in employing proper information systems, resources, and controls to maximize efficiencies and minimize risk. The ability to take up challenges, adapt to business needs, and stay focused on delivering results are essential to the success of this role.

The Role: Identity Architect – SailPoint IDNow/ISC
Simeio is looking for an architect for the IAM domain. As an Identity Security Cloud (ISC) Architect specializing in Identity and Access Management (IAM), you'll focus on designing, implementing, and maintaining IAM solutions to ensure secure access for users and applications, often with a focus on cloud environments and emerging technologiess.

Job Description:

Key Responsibilities and Skills:

• Design and Implementation:
  • Lead the design and implementation of IAM solutions, including identity governance, access management, and privileged access management (PAM). 
  • Develop and maintain IAM roadmaps and standards. 
  • Select and implement IAM technologies, such as identity providers (e.g., Okta, Microsoft Entra), access management platforms (e.g., SailPoint, CyberArk), and PAM solutions. 
• Security Expertise:
  • Ensure compliance with security standards and regulations. 
  • Stay up to date with emerging security threats and technologies. 
  • Monitor and analyse access logs, user activity, and security events to identify potential security risks. 
• Technical Skills:
  • Strong understanding of IAM concepts, technologies, and best practices. 
  • Experience with authentication and authorization protocols (e.g., OAuth, SAML, OpenID Connect). 
  • Experience with cloud IAM capabilities (e.g., AWS IAM, Azure Active Directory). 
  • Familiarity with scripting and automation tools. 
• Experience:
  • Minimum 5-10 years of experience in IAM, with a focus on architecture and design. 
  • Experience with large-scale IAM implementations. 
  • Experience with agile and DevOps methodologies. 
• Required Qualifications:
  • Strong hands-on experience with SailPoint IDNow/ISC customization and development.
  • Certification: Must have any 1 certification within SailPoint
  • Experience developing and integrating APIs in an enterprise environment.
  • Proficiency in Java, RESTful APIs, JSON, and related technologies.
  • Understanding of identity governance, authentication, and security best practices.
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate with remote teams.
