We are seeking a skilled Saviynt Developer to join our team. As a Saviynt Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing identity governance and administration solutions using the Saviynt platform
Job Description:
- Work on the development, customization, configuration, and deployment of the Saviynt IGA product
Perform hands-on troubleshooting, implementation, and setup of the technical infrastructure. - Contribute technical specs to the Business Analysts on documentation of detailed functional and technical requirements
- Develop procedures and scripts for continuous improvement and maintenance activities related to processes.
- Research technical problems and assist in identifying solutions. Integrate technical and application components
- Create documentation for modified app requirements
- Unit and integration testing of the solution
- Interact/coordinate with customers, factory architect, and product engineering team as required
- Provide training and knowledge transfer to internal employees.
- Contribute to or support validation of architecture design, features design, and technical implementation
- Provide expertise, return of experience, and best practices on SDLC related to the Saviynt platform
- Drive training sessions to upskill project and operations teams on Saviynt technology, BAU, Target Operating Model, etc.
- Drive architecture workshops with entity stakeholders (One ID PM, Architects, Security, etc.) to explain the CLIENT PROGRAM's high-level and low-level architecture
- Perform a gap analysis between the target processes and the as-is processes
- Part of periodic team meetings: product catalog committee, design authority, etc.
- Reporting of progress, risk tracking, and issues related to the CLIENT PROGRAMS deployment
- Interface with the technical integrators and the product teams during the design and building phase of any entity onboarding to CLIENT PROGRAMS.
- Reuse existing processes/workflows Joiner Mover Leaver (already in the core platform) and adapt them to possible specificities raised on this new scope
- Reuse existing processes/workflows Access Request and Recertification (already in the core platform) and adapt them to possible specificities raised on this new scope
- Feed the core platform with identities coming from relevant authoritative sources for employees and externals
- Create the provisioning connectors required on this new scope
Expertise:
- Saviynt technical expertise to build/customize Saviynt platform to deliver expected features based on specific HLD/LLD
- Good expertise in various Saviynt implementation projects
- Demonstrated methodology in project delivery through:
- Rigor in the design phase, by providing exhaustive and accurate specifications
- Technical expertise to manage possible technical challenges and deliver pragmatic and sustainable solutions
- Delivery promptly with a high level of quality (self-testing, etc.)
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s/equivalent in Engineering
- 10 years of industry experience in the development, customization, configuration, and deployment of any Identity Management and Governance products
- Domain knowledge of User Lifecycle Management, Provisioning and Reconciliation
- Application Support and Operations Management
- Auditing, Reporting, and user activity Monitoring
- Access Certification
- SOD
- Cloud Security
