As a Technical Offshore Manager specializing in IAM, you will be responsible for overseeing offshore technical teams, ensuring the successful design, implementation, and maintenance of IAM solutions, and managing projects for our clients. You should have at least 10 years of relevant experience, with expertise in Saviynt, Java, and Access Management (SSO).
Responsibilities:
- Offshore Team Management:
- Lead and mentor offshore technical teams, providing guidance and support to ensure project success.
- Manage team resources and ensure efficient project delivery.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback.
- IAM Solution Design and Implementation:
- Collaborate with clients and internal stakeholders to design IAM solutions tailored to meet specific business requirements.
- Develop and implement IAM solutions, integrating Saviynt, Java, and SSO Access Management technologies.
- Oversee the configuration and customization of IAM systems.
- Project Management:
- Manage end-to-end project lifecycles, including planning, budgeting, resource allocation, and risk assessment.
- Monitor project progress, ensure timely completion, and address any issues or roadblocks.
- Client Engagement:
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, serving as a technical point of contact.
- Provide expert guidance and recommendations to clients on IAM best practices.
- Ensure client satisfaction and identify opportunities for business growth.
- Documentation and Reporting:
- Maintain comprehensive documentation of IAM solutions, configurations, and project details.
- Prepare regular status reports for clients and internal stakeholders.
- Security and Compliance:
- Stay updated on IAM industry trends, security threats, and compliance standards.
- Ensure IAM solutions comply with industry regulations and security best practices.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- 10 years of experience in Identity and Access Management, with expertise in Saviynt, Java, and SSO Access Management.
- Proven experience managing offshore technical teams.
- Strong project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and client-facing skills.
- Proficiency in Java programming and troubleshooting skills.
- Strong understanding of SQL and experience with database queries and troubleshooting.
- Proficiency in working with various operating systems (Windows, Linux, etc.) and databases.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey technical information clearly to non-technical clients.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically under pressure.
- Experience with support ticketing systems (ServiceNow).
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., ITIL, product-specific certifications) are a plus.
- Flexibility to work on-call and outside regular business hours when necessary.
