Simi Valley CDJR is seeking a Vehicle Acquisition Agent / Merchandiser to join our dynamic team! This is an exciting opportunity for an individual with a keen eye for detail, strong negotiation skills, and a passion for the automotive industry.
Responsibilities:
- Assist Used car manager in acquiring vehicles for inventory through online leads
- Negotiate purchase prices to ensure the best value for the dealership
- Work closely with the sales team to understand inventory needs and priorities
- Coordinate vehicle merchandising, ensuring each vehicle is displayed effectively for maximum appeal
- Manage vehicle inventory, ensuring accurate documentation and tracking
- Assist in vehicle presentation, photography, and listings for online sales platforms
- Collaborate with the service department to ensure vehicles are ready for sale

Requirements:
- Previous automotive experience preferred
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Ability to assess vehicle values accurately
- Attention to detail in vehicle merchandising and inventory management
- Organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks
- Clean driving history
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
