Job Duties include but are not limited to:
- Provide excellent customer service to ensure a satisfactory retail experience
- Communicate professionally with customers via email, phone, and text messaging
- Present quotes and estimates for customer approval
- High commitment to customer satisfaction
- Contribute to team goals and achieve daily quotas
- Demonstrate vehicle features and explain their benefits (in-person training will be provided)
