Central California based General Contractor seeks to hire Project Manager.
A seasoned Project Manager has fostered lasting relationships with clients / subcontractors / inspectors, etc. They have overseen projects of 1-15 million and have working knowledge with reading drawings, drafting, RFI’s, change orders, identify potential exposures and / or risk involved while staying on schedule so projects are completed timely.
The successful candidate will have a strong working knowledge of construction methods, Provide a purposed construction schedule, processes and management practices; excellent analytical and problem solving skills; good communication skills; and be organized, efficient and responsive to the needs of internal and external clients alike.

Qualifications :
Construction Management Degree
5 years minimum Commercial Construction Experience
OSHA 30
Contractors License
