Responsibilities
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat.
- Provide accurate information regarding products and services.
- Assist customers with order processing, billing inquiries, and account management.
- Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Analyze customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance the overall customer experience.
- Participate in training sessions to improve product knowledge and service skills.
- Load and Unload Trucks and Product
- Ship and Receive Product
Skills
- Proficiency in English; multilingual skills are a plus.
- Must have experience with Epoxy
- Ability to lift 50 pounds
- Computer literate
- Ability to analyze customer issues and provide effective solutions.
- Previous client services or sales experience is advantageous.
