- Medicare Hospice experience is required.
- Excellent understanding of state/federal hospice home care regulations.
- Financial and business development understanding
- RN License.
Executive Director Job Responsibilities
- Manage the day-to-day branch operations including budget.
- Ensure compliance with all state / federal regulations.
- Work with Sales staff to grow census.
