Branch Director Opportunity Description

Our client is a well-established Hospice organization. They have a current opening for a Branch Director for their Hospice location in the San Jose, CA area. Management experience as a Registered Nurse is preferred but non-clinical candidates with industry background may be considered. Hospice or Home Health experience is required. Branch Director Job Requirements

• Medicare Hospice or Home Health leadership experience.
• RN Preferred.
• Excellent understanding of state/federal hospice home care regulations.
• Financial and business development understanding.

Branch Director Job Responsibilities

• Manage the day-to-day branch operations including budget.
• Ensure compliance with all state / federal regulations.
• Work with Sales staff to grow census.
