Director of Patient Care Services Opportunity Description

Our client is a well-established Home Health and Hospice organization. They have a current opening for a Director of Patient Care Services for their Hospice location in the Chattanooga, TN area. A Registered Nurse is required. Medicare Hospice management experience is a must. This person will lead an interdisciplinary clinical team, manage the budget, and oversee branch operations. Director of Patient Care Services Job Requirements

• Medicare Hospice leadership experience as a RN.
• Excellent understanding of state/federal hospice regulations.
• Clinical, operations, and financial oversite experience.

Director of Patient Care Services Job Responsibilities

• Manage the day-to-day clinical & branch operations.
• Ensure compliance with all state / federal regulations.
• Educate the community on hospice services to help grow census.
