Position Summary
The Digital Banking Analyst leverages data and industry trends to develop insights and opportunities around Digital Banking products, services, and features. This individual will use their intellectual curiosity and collaborative nature to ask questions around Digital Banking and answer them through multiple and disparate quantitative and qualitative data sources.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Builds BI reports and other reports as needed to track performance of digital products, services, and features.
- Present findings to leadership as well as produce materials for broad consumption.
- Participates in and networks with data community at Simmons Bank. Will attend and make personal contributions to analytics roundtables.
- Supports the development and identification of Digital Banking opportunities through collection and analysis of data.
- Researches industry trends and looks for opportunities to incorporate industry benchmarks and best practices into Digital Banking products, features, and services.
- Other duties as assigned
