Supervisor of Treasury Management Implementation supervises the implementation of Treasury Management products and services for clients and serves as a resource for other operational areas of the bank. Supervises the daily duties of assigned associates and assists Department Manager with administrative duties. Has a deep understanding of all Treasury Management services and has strong problem-solving and organizational skills to ensure delivery of exceptional customer service.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Supervise Treasury Management associates, including but not limited to scheduling, interviewing, hiring, training, coaching and performance management. Monitor team performance to ensure tasks are completed efficiently and effectively
Monitor the end-to-end implementation process for treasury management products and services. Develop and maintain a structured implementation process, including workflows and best practices.
Serve as primary contact for the team during the implementation process, addressing questions and concerns promptly.
Apply department goals at the associate level and consider and implement metrics to support department goals.
Responsible for ensuring all procedures are followed correctly and transactions are processed in timely manner to meet all deadlines. Review and maintain detailed procedures of department processes.
Identify areas of improvement to enhance the customer experience and implementation process.
Work closely with surrounding departments to resolve complex issues and streamline processes.
Prepares department records for management and ensures department is processing workload as efficiently as possible. Identify opportunities for additional efficiencies and adjust procedures and work as necessary.
Ensures all departmental documents and activities are performed in compliance with applicable laws, regulations, policies and procedures as applicable to this position, including completion of required compliance training.
Performs other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Ability to read and interpret documents such as procedure manuals, general business correspondence and / or journals or government regulations
Ability to write simple correspondence

Strong understanding of Treasury Management products and services.
Comprehensive understanding and adherence of TM policies and procedures.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail .
Education and / or Experience
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and / or experience;
1-2 years banking experience in treasury management and / or bank operations required
One year supervisory experience preferred

AAP Preferred
