We are seeking a skilled Working Asphalt Supervisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Asphalt Paving, Heavy Equipment, managing his/ her team. We are looking for a self starter that can run his crew with minimal assistance. Company truck or truck allowance, Fuel card, cell phone provided as well as possibility for profit sharing bonuses. If you can run a Leeboy 8520 and make it look pretty then give us a call.
*Responsibilities*
- Oversee and manage daily construction activities on-site
- Conduct quality control inspections to maintain high quality standards.
- Enforce OSHA safety regulations on the job site
*Requirements*
- Proficiency in Asphalt Road work.
- Familiarity with Bluebeam software for project management
- Strong knowledge of OSHA regulations and safety protocols
- Excellent communication and leadership skills to effectively manage a team
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $30.00 - $35.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
Schedule:
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
