Our unique private law firm which delivers excellent legal related services to our community every day is seeking a motivated Receptionist. Their duties include carrying out administrative services, answering and transferring phone calls to employees, sorting and delivering mail to employees and greeting visitors when they arrive. The ideal candidate for this position has a strong work ethic, is exceptional with details and following instruction, and is comfortable working in a fast-paced and dynamic workplace.
Responsibilities include :
- Complete administrative duties such as making copies, answering and directing phone calls and greeting clients
- Coordinate appointments, including all correspondence and logistics necessary
- Directing visitors
- Responding to all customer inquiries in a polite and timely manner
- Data Entry
