What are the responsibilities and job description for the Superintendent position at Simmons & Kourtis?
We have full-time opening for a Superintendent serving the residential market in Tulsa and the surrounding areas.
Responsibilities Include:
- Provide leadership and guidance to assigned project team members and subcontractors.
- Develop and manage the construction logistics plan for successful execution of work.
- Lead through example in all areas of safety and compliance.
- Manage subcontractors to ensure contractual obligations are met.
- Must understand construction concepts, including the ability to read and understand construction drawing and specifications.
- Effectively communicate with customers during the building process.
Skills and Qualifications: Must have strong leadership skills, ability to manage multiple teams simultaneously, excellent time management and problem solving skills, good customer skills, basic math skills, high level of motivation with customer service focus, work well with others, meet deadlines, report to work regularly and on time. Must possess a valid driver's license and be eligible to work in the US. 2-3 years experience as a Superintendent preferred.
