Job Description :
As an Assistant at Simmons Media, you will be a pivotal support role, working closely with the owner to ensure the seamless execution of marketing tasks for our clients. Your tasks will encompass a range of responsibilities, including calling leads / appointment setting, video editing, Google Spreadsheets management, content scheduling, invoicing, Notion scheduling, email marketing / management, file organization, amongst other tasks to help the daily execution of operations at Simmons Media.
Key Responsibilities :
- Google Spreadsheets : Maintain and organize data in Google Spreadsheets for tracking and reporting purposes.
- Video Editing : Experience with Adobe Premiere Pro is a PLUS
- Calling Leads : Call leads and set up studio tours / discovery calls within 60 seconds of opt-in.
- Social Media Management : Collaborate with the team to create, schedule, and post engaging content on various social media platforms, ensuring consistent branding and effective audience engagement.
- HubSpot Management : Assist in managing HubSpot, including blogs, and content scheduling.
- Notion Control and Management : Maintain and update Notion for scheduling, project tracking, and collaborative team efforts.
- Email Scheduling / Review : Assist in scheduling and deploying email campaigns via MailChimp / ActiveCampaign to ensure proper segmentation and audience targeting. Review owners' emails to sort into priority categories.
- Run Team Calendars / Client shoot schedules
- File Organization : Maintain order and organization of digital assets and files on the company's hard drives for easy accessibility.
- Newsletter : Reformat content the team creates to be accessible via newsletter.
