We are seeking a dynamic and driven Estimator/Project Manager to join our team. Responsibilities:
· Conduct on-site evaluations of asphalt surfaces to determine project scope and requirements.
· Collaborate with clients to understand their specific needs and preferences.
· Prepare comprehensive project estimates, including materials, labor, and equipment costs.
· Present estimates to clients in a clear and professional manner, addressing any questions or concerns.
· Follow up with clients to answer inquiries, negotiate terms, and secure contracts.
· Maintain accurate records of estimates, contracts, and client communications.
· Collaborate with the operations team to ensure seamless project execution.
· Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market opportunities.
· Participate in networking events, trade shows, and other marketing initiatives to promote the company's services.
Qualifications:
· Previous experience in estimating/project managing for commercial and municipal asphalt paving projects is a must!
· Strong knowledge of asphalt paving techniques, materials, and equipment.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
· Detail-oriented approach with a focus on accuracy and precision in estimating.
· Proficiency in using estimating software and Microsoft Office applications.
· Self-motivated and results-driven, with a passion for exceeding sales targets.
· Valid driver's license
· High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications are a plus

Pay: $50,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
