About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as Executive Assistant and Office Manager. This role provides an exciting opportunity to work closely with our CEO and executive team, managing day-to-day operations and providing exceptional support.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the CEO's calendar and itinerary.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements and itineraries.
  • Handle correspondence and communication on behalf of the CEO.
  • Manage office supplies and inventory.
  • Ensure seamless operation of office facilities.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite and Apple products preferred.
