Key Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to the CEO and executive team, including scheduling appointments, preparing correspondence, and coordinating travel arrangements.
  • Manage office operations, including maintaining accurate records, overseeing supply ordering, and ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.
  • Coordinate with various departments and units to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
  • Support the planning and execution of events, meetings, and other activities that promote a positive company culture.
