Role Description
Will handle complex cases involving alimony, child support, equitable distribution, parenting time, and other family law issues from initial interview to conclusion (including post-judgment and appeals) and other complex litigation matters.
Candidate should possess a strong work ethic, the ability to communicate effectively with clients and colleagues and to meet deadlines. Strong writing and analytical skills are a must. The firm offers a competitive salary (commensurate with experience), including participation fees for business.
We will train in the area of complex litigation, but applicant should have a strong understanding of civil practice.
Qualifications
- Strong research and negotiation skills
- Experience in providing legal advice
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree and active Bar membership in New Jersey
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
