Description
This role is responsible for facilitating end-to-end sales order fulfillment across all channels. The role will include supporting returns, transfers, drop ship programs, fraud monitoring tools, and other inventory transactions, with a particular focus on triaging and troubleshooting orders that are not following automated processes. The Order Management Associate will also serve as an internal resource for questions from sales channels related to open orders, stuck orders, inventory availability, and expected fulfillment, as well as support system changes and testing that help automate processes and launch new tools.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
- Receive, process, and track customer orders, including completing any necessary troubleshooting to ensure all orders are fulfilled quickly and efficiently
- Investigate and unblock orders that are not processed in an automated manner
- Collaborate with Planning, Accounting, and Operations teams to source inventory for orders from the most efficient source and ensure orders are accurately tracked
- Respond to internal inquiries on order status from various sales channels (retail, DTC/ecommerce, wholesale/corporate), as well as to occasional inquiries from external customers and industry partners
- Contribute to process improvement and automation efforts by surfacing recurring issues and identifying root causes
Qualifications
Qualifications Required:
- Bachelor’s degree and 2 years related experience, or non-degreed with 5 years related experience
- Proficiency in, or strong aptitude for, working with data and conducting analyses
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders
- Proficiency in Excel
Qualifications Preferred:
- Experience in order management or accounting, including experience using Microsoft Dynamics (DAX), Netsuite (or a similar a demand/capacity planning system) or Shopify (or similar ecommerce platform)
- Advanced proficiency in Excel (e.g. functions, Pivot Tables)
