The successful candidate’s responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:
Pre-Sale
- Assist in preparing tailored sales presentations and proposals that showcase Simon Media & Experience’s innovative solutions.
- Collaborate with national sales representatives to identify client goals, touch base with clients, and research their initiatives.
- Support the RFP process, ensuring alignment with client expectations, including plans and research that highlight Simon Media & Experience’s value proposition.
- Ensure seamless implementation of Simon Media & Experience products and services post-sale, coordinating with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate postings of digital advertising schedules.
- Manage client information, campaign details, and timelines to ensure smooth operations.
- Troubleshoot issues, address concerns, and maintain high levels of client satisfaction with Simon Media & Experience’s offerings.
- Partner with national sales teams to coordinate efforts and maintain a unified sales strategy for Simon Media & Experience clients.
- Support sales representatives, providing insights to help them meet their targets.
- Act as a point of contact throughout the lifecycle of the account.
- Actively monitor account health, proactively resolving potential issues, and identifying opportunities to upsell or cross-sell Simon Media & Experience products and services.
- Deliver exceptional, white-glove service to high-profile Simon Media & Experience accounts.
- Maintain regular touchpoints with clients and agencies, ensuring open communication and trust.
- Collaborate with internal Simon Media & Experience teams to continuously improve partnerships and outcomes.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in client success, account management, or sales support.
- Strong understanding of pre- and post-sales processes.
- Exceptional organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Proven ability to manage high-profile accounts and deliver exceptional client experiences.
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and project management tools.
