Who you are:
The ideal candidate would have experience, or certification in AutoCAD and Pictometry as the job will require using measurements and photos from Pictometry to draw plans on Roof CAD.

Who you are:
The ideal candidate would have experience, or certification in AutoCAD and Pictometry as the job will require using measurements and photos from Pictometry to draw plans on Roof CAD.
What You’ll Do:
- Creating detail drawings, if necessary, to go along with roof plans
- Creating a Presentation package including photos and drawings
- Creating drawings based off of blueprints
- Editing existing detailed drawings with Simon Roofing logo and title block
- Two (2) years plus experience using Pictometry and/or CAD
- Bachelor Degree(Preferred, but not required)
- Certification or related experience in computer aided drafting or design, and Pictometry
- Must be able to read blueprints
- Above average proficiency in word and excel
- Clear written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Work well in a team environment
- Work from home opportunity (InEastern Ohio or Western Pensylvania area)
- Pay range is $15.00- $20.00 per hour (Based on experience)
- Equipment supplied for work, MUST have high speed internet currently
