The Customer Service Quote Coordinator is responsible for the verification and set up of Sold Repair Quotes and other cross trained Customer Service Activities as needed.

Job Description (DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES)
- Process billing quotes for roof service repairs efficiently and accurately.
- Communicate with customers to clarify quote details and address any questions or concerns.
- Collaborate with the service team to ensure timely delivery of quotes and service appointments.
- Maintain accurate records of all quotes and customer interactions in the database.
- Verify that any legal terms and conditions have been reviewed by Legal within the last 3 years.
- Submit any new legal terms to Legal for review, and notate the account with any legal restrictions, revisions, or amount thresholds provided by our Legal Team.
- Correct any errors showing on the weekly and daily reports.
- Cross Train in other Customer Service Activities as per Departmental Needs.
- Participate in After Hours on Call Phone Rotation as Needed (Customer Service- On Call Phone).
- Assist with other administrative tasks as necessary to support customer service operations.
- Two (2) years of experience in Billing and Data Entry.
- Customer Service Experience is preferred.
- High school education or equivalent in experience (College Degree preferred).
- Knowledge of contracts is helpful.
- Being detail oriented is a MUST.
- Well organized and capable of planning ahead.
- Able to work well both independently and with other departments.
- Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of the organization as well as outside vendors and contractors.
- Must be able to plan, organize, and manage multiple objectives and deadlines simultaneously.
- Good computer skills including experience with Microsoft office products.
- Excellent starting pay of $16.00 to $22.00 per hour (Based on experience).
