- Work in accordance with safety guidelines and job specifications
- Responsible for leading, motivating, and coaching their crews on roofing jobs
- Restore, Removal, Repair, and Replacement of various commercial roofing systems (including architectural sheet-metal)
- Maintain professional interaction with all customers and crew members
- Organize, plan, and achieve all goals based on the scope of the work
- Ability to travel when necessary
- 3 years of Architectural sheet metal roofing experience
- Willing to work in varying heights and weather conditions
- Ability to work weekends and holidays when necessary
- Ability to life 50-100 pounds throughout the day and set up a ladder safely up to 40 feet
- Must possess basic computer skills
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- 21 years of age or older (In order to drive a company vehicle)
- Authorized to work in the United States
