Work Environment
This job operates in a professional office environment and manufacturing operations setting. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines, in addition to thermoforming equipment.

The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk or hear. The employee frequently is required to stand; walk; use hands to finger, handle or feel; and reach with hands and arms. Able to lift up to 50 lbs. Able to use hand tools and measurement devices (micrometer, tape measure).
Position Type/Expected Hours of Work
This is a full-time, hourly position, Monday through Friday, with some weekend/overtime as production requires.

Pay Rate
$18.00 per hour plus bonus
As Quality Inspector, you ensure the quality of products through thorough assessment and analyses using specific procedural standards.
Essential Functions
- Perform inspections of company products to determine conformance with specifications.
- Perform in-line inspections for external customer issues/replacement orders.
- Utilize standard mechanical and electrical instruments, functional gauges and measuring devices.
- Process associated documentation, including customer certifications, process tags, rework tags and nonconforming material documents.
- Work under direct supervision and in accordance with instructions and techniques.
- Work directly with engineering and production to address, correct, and prevent customer complaints
- Complete First Article Inspection (FAI) reports and qualification efforts
- Control of non-conforming product.
- Create quality alerts.
- Maintain and distribute quality standards as needed.
- Complete 5S activities
- Assist with audits as applicable.
- Dimensional Inspection as needed.
- Help other departments as needed with administrative and light physical tasks.
- HS Diploma or GED
- Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access) and ERP software experience
- Possess good math and computer skills
- Prior factory and tow motor experience a plus
- 2 years of manufacturing or quality inspection preferred
