Simone's Kitchen is a family-owned Mediterranean eatery, founded by a mother and son team in 2018. We are passionate about building healthier communities through delicious food and warm hospitality, all at a budget-friendly price. Our team is inspired by the vibrant flavors of the Mediterranean, and we prepare our dishes in-house from scratch every day. As we approach the grand opening of our new Stuyvesant Plaza location, we are seeking enthusiastic team members to join our kitchen team and grow with us! No previous culinary experience is required!

Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook menu items following recipes and presentation standards
- Assist with daily kitchen prep work and station setup
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth kitchen operations
Experience & Qualifications:
- No prior kitchen experience is necessary, but a willingness to learn is essential
- Strong work ethic and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
