About Us:
Simone's Kitchen is an award-winning, counter-service Mediterranean eatery dedicated to providing hearty and delicious food in a welcoming atmosphere. Inspired by the Mediterranean, we prepare our dishes in-house from scratch every day. We are seeking enthusiastic team members to join our service team and grow with us, especially those looking to enter the hospitality industry!
Our Mission:
We aim to elevate the hospitality world with innovative practices grounded in care and compassion. By serving your community with us, you will learn to create all recipes from scratch, including roasting, grilling, cooking, slicing, chopping, marinating, and seasoning.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with preparing and assembling Mezza Bowls (Mediterranean grain bowls)
- Plate and serve dishes for in-house and take-out orders
- Serve craft coffee beverages and espresso drinks
- Provide genuine and warm service to each customer
- Maintain a clean and organized service area
Experience & Qualifications:
- NO previous restaurant work experience is required
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail and cleanliness
- Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work quickly and efficiently
