Key Responsibilities:
- Operate mammography equipment and perform various procedures related to breast imaging.
- Develop and evaluate film for technical quality, including density contrast, definition, and distortion.
- Explain procedures and educate women about the importance of regular mammograms in preventive breast health.
- Prepare and maintain records and files, as well as clean and adjust equipment as needed.
Requirements:
- Registration as a Radiologic and Mammography Technologist by the A.R.R.T.
- Current Radiology and Mammography license in the State.
- Valid hands-on CPR certification.
