We are expanding our outreach to connect with businesses and organizations to promote SimonOne, a cutting-edge solution designed to enhance health and wellness through advanced imaging and technology. We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Market Development Specialist to spearhead efforts in building strong partnerships and driving business growth.
LOCATION: Arizona
Travel %: Up to 30%
Key Responsibilities:
- Business Development:
- Identify and target businesses, health clubs, concierge organizations, and other potential partners to promote SimonOne.
- Develop and execute strategic outreach plans to establish and nurture relationships with decision-makers and influencers in the target markets.
- Conduct market research to identify opportunities and tailor approaches to meet the needs of potential partners.
- Sales & Partnerships:
- Present SimonOne’s value proposition through compelling presentations, demos, and discussions.
- Negotiate and close partnership agreements, ensuring mutual benefit and long-term collaboration.
- Meet or exceed sales and partnership growth targets.
- Education & Training:
- Provide education and resources to partners on how SimonOne’s solutions benefit their clients and improve overall wellness.
- Collaborate with internal teams to create tailored training and support materials for partners.
- Collaboration & Communication:
- Work closely with internal teams, including marketing, sales, and operations, to align business development initiatives with company goals.
- Maintain regular communication with partners to ensure satisfaction and continued engagement.
- Collaborate closely with the CEO and Chief Medical Officer to align business development efforts with broader organizational strategies.
- Reporting & Analysis:
- Track and report on business development activities, pipeline progress, and outcomes.
- Provide feedback and insights to help refine strategies and improve results.
Other Duties:

- Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, healthcare, or a related field (preferred).
- 5 years of experience in business development, B2B sales, or a related field.
- Proven track record of building partnerships and achieving sales targets.
- Experience in healthcare, wellness, or technology sectors is a plus.
- Skills & Knowledge:
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Excellent presentation and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently.
- Ability to analyze market trends and adapt strategies accordingly.
Proficiency in CRM software and other sales tools.
Physical Demands:
This position may require lifting and carrying up to 40 pounds, prolonged periods of sitting, and frequent standing and walking.
