LOCATION: AZ/Remote
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
- Planning, implementing, managing, monitoring, and upgrading security measures for the protection of the organization's data, systems, and networks.
- Troubleshooting security problems and responding to all security breaches.
- Ensuring that the organization's data and infrastructure are protected by enabling the appropriate security controls.
- Participating in the change management process.
- Hands on experience with a Security Awareness Program such as KnowBe4.
- Daily administrative tasks, reporting, and communication with the relevant departments in the organization.
- A degree in computer science, IT, systems engineering, or related 3 years of work experience with Information Security including hands on experience as a Systems Engineer, or Security Engineer.
- Experience with various Security tooling such as Mimecast, KnowBe4, XDR, EDR, MDR, Morphisec, Gradient along with an understanding of DNS, Networking and Systems Engineering.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail with an analytical mind and outstanding problem-solving skills.
- Experience with Healthcare security requirements, such as ISO, HITRUST, NIST along with PCI.
- Demonstrates competency in the performance of job-related skills appropriate to his/her customer populations and departmental services while providing excellent customer service.
- Utilizes and operates equipment and mechanical devices which provide for a functional, effective, and safe environment.
- Adheres to policies, procedures, guidelines relative to departmental operations.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
Education:
A degree in computer science, IT, systems engineering
Experience:
3 years of work experience with Information Security including hands on experience as a Systems Engineer, or Security Engineer
PHYSICAL DEMANDS: This position may require duties including lifting and carrying up to 40 pounds, sitting for prolonged periods of time, with frequent standing and walking.
DRESS ATTIRE: Business Casual or scrubs dependent on department
