Deli Manager hours are typically Monday - Friday 6:00am- 2:00pm.Some flexibility required based on the needs of the business.
Responsibilities & Duties:
· Oversee safe food preparation, food quality and the presentation of food
· Ability to manage and train employees to provide excellent customer service
· Guest satisfaction
· Manage inventory
· Work together with food vendors and sales representatives
· Comply with health and food safety standards
