Our Bemidji, MN operation offers a full C-Store, Car Wash and Market Cafe'.
As a General Manager you play an integral part in the success of your store. You, your Assistant manager, Car Wash manager, Market Cafe management and employees will be directly responsible for maximizing the stores’ sales and profits through strong leadership and customer service skills. You will be hands on and in charge of day-to-day store operations which include customer experience, product merchandising and inventory levels. General managers will also be in charge of interviewing, hiring, training, scheduling, supervision of store employees along with minimal accounting & light maintenance.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming store environment inside and outside
- Provide leadership and oversight to store employees including interviewing, hiring, training, conducting reviews and career development
- Provide and maintain a high level of customer service
- Ability to work as a team leader while following company policies and procedures
- Complete daily/monthly sales reports and perform other monetary functions
- Monitor cash control
- Achieve sales goals and labor productivity goals
- Maintain inventory levels and inventory control
- Assist corporate management with monthly sales promotions
- Ensure merchandise is stocked, faced, and presented well
- Have the ability to efficiently manage your store on a day-to-day basis
Pay/Benefits:
- Starting Salary $70,000 - $85,000 depending on experience
- Potential to earn up to $100,000 base salary within 3 years based on performance
- Potential for additional performance bonuses after completion of training period

Qualifications
- Proven experience in inventory management and retail sales
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent customer service and merchandising abilities
- Proficient in POS systems and cash register operations
- Skilled in negotiation, recruiting, and employee orientation
- Ability to manage purchasing and inventory control effectively
- Strong organizational and time management skills

Pay: $70,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
