SIMOS is looking for experienced Facilities Technician to join our team! The Facilities Technician is in charge of performing light warehouse repairs, general landscaping, and overall cleaning of each facility. This job would require travel between 2 different locations (Canal Winchester and Baltimore, OH).

Pay Rate : $20.00 / hour
Duties :
- Operate a variety of equipment to perform preventative maintenance, minor repairs and maintain cleanliness of property.
- Perform a variety of maintenance / minor repair activities on the interior / exterior areas of the property including, but not limited to, painting, drywall, parking lots, sidewalks, plumbing repairs, clears drain stoppages, lighting, flooring, and roof.
- Perform interior / exterior custodial duties as needed which may include sweeping, vacuuming, steam cleaning, gathering trash, empty trash receptacles; operate compactor; and landscaping.

Requirements : Background Check, Drug Test, Stand for Shift Duration, Must be at least 18 years old., required education : HS Diploma or GED.

The hourly rate for this position is anticipated between $20.00 - $20.00 per hour. This range is a good-faith estimate, based on the shift you work and other considerations permitted by law.
