We are currently looking for Mechanical Assembly Technicians who will be responsible for assembling and testing PTO units in an industrial manufacturing environment. 1st Shift : Monday - Thursday, 6 : 00am to 4 : 30pm (Voluntary overtime on Friday 6 : 00am to 2 : 30pm and Saturday / Sunday 5 : 00am to 11 : 00am)
2nd Shift : Monday - Thursday, 5 : 00pm to 3 : 30am (Voluntary overtime on Friday 3 : 00pm to 9 : 00pm and Saturday / Sunday 6 : 00am to 11 : 00am) - Training conducted on 1st shift up to 4 weeks.

Job Responsibilities
Receives and reviews work order and parts for assembly to conduct testing.
Coordinates work order from customers schedules.
Uses tools, presses and a variety of test stands and fixtures.
Works from blueprints, lists, instructions (verbal and written) applying various procedures.
Ensures quality of product and follows all safety and housekeeping rules and procedures.
Adheres to the quality management system and participates in continuous improvement initiatives.
Provides training to other employees in assembly and test methodology as required.
Performs other duties as assigned.
Must be able to stand 10 hours a day and work mandatory overtime.
Must have basic computer, math and industrial skills.
Must be mechanically competent.
Must have the ability to see near / distance / color.
Ability to trouble shoot problems and provide solutions.
Able to perform work accurately and thoroughly and to communicate effectively with others.
Ability to adapt to change in the workplace and work in a team environment.
Ability to utilize the available time to organize and complete work within given deadlines.
