Simpatico Systems is a locally owned, rapidly expanding, technology focused company seeking Experienced Field Service Technicians to work with our lead technicians and project teams. Some overnight travel will be required.

What you’ll do:
We are looking for talented individuals to join our team as a Field Service Technician. As a key part of the team, the Field Service Technician installs and repairs Security, Life Safety, Audio and Video equipment.
What you’ll do:
Install, service, troubleshoot, repair, and perform maintenance on products and equipment at customer sites.
Keep track of your service calls via company paid cell phone and laptop, including products serviced, work performed, hours and parts utilized.
Maintain an accurate parts inventory at levels that insure a first time fix. Demonstrate and train customers how to use their equipment properly.
Keep your manager in the loop about your customer's satisfaction, any potential sales opportunities or any recurring problems.
Take care of other tasks as needed
What We Look For:
Must have a valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
Highly organized, strong interpersonal skills and ability to work independently. General knowledge of electronics required.
Willing to obtain or have State License as required. (State Dependent) Must have a mechanical aptitude and be able to use hand and power tools.
Capable of performing physical labor to include carrying and moving equipment and tools up to 50-70 lbs.
Able to work in unusual and sometimes difficult position such as climbing ladders, scaffolding, and high lift equipment up to 40 feet, working within ducts, crawl spaces, above ceilings, etc.
Must be capable of working independently or as a team Excellent written and oral skills
Ability to travel and work overtime as needed
Preferred Skills:
Previous Alarm, Surveillance, fiber, electrical and/or other low voltage experience is required
Associate degree in Electronics and/or Networking, or technical military equivalent preferred.
Ability to perform service on more than a single complete integrated solution
