Salary : $15.00 - $20.00 per hour DOE

Responsibilities :

The Inside Sales Representative plays a fundamental role in achieving our customer acquisition and revenue growth objectives. This role will focus primarily on customer acquisition and involves :

Cold calling; making multiple outbound calls and / or sending e-mails to potential clients.

Maintain a solid understanding of current services (or products) and solutions.

Understand client needs and offer solutions and support.

Research potential leads from business directories, web searches, or other resources.

Develop new sales opportunities by researching and identifying potential clients, performing inbound lead follow-up, and outbound cold calls and e-mails.

Create and maintain a list / database of prospect clients.

Present and deliver information to potential clients.

Answer potential client questions and follow-up call questions.

Track daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance and sales metrics.

Maintain data base (Salesforce, CRM, Excel, etc.) of prospective client information.

Qualifications :

Comfortable making cold calls and talking to new people all day.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills; the ability to call, connect, and interact with potential customers.

Persuasive and goal-oriented.

Possesses an energetic, outgoing, and friendly demeanor.

Eager to expand the company with new sales, clients, and territories.

Self-motivated and self-directed.

Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently.

High school degree or equivalent.

Tenacity to handle rejection and continue with a positive attitude when reaching the next potential client.

Ability to work independently or as an active member of a team.

Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel) and CRM / Salesforce experience preferred.
