What are the responsibilities and job description for the Landscaper and Groundskeeper position at Simpatico?
- Care for established landscaping and lawns by mulching, mowing, weeding, removing debris, hedge trimming, planting and edging around flower beds.
- Mix and spray or spread fertilizers onto lawn and all plants.
- Blow all driveways and terraces daily.
- Handyman capabilities: painting, car washing, small repair work and general property maintenance.
- Assist with events held on property; set up, service at event and breakdown.
- Gather and remove debris and litter from property grounds.
- Must have reliable transportation.
- Strong communication skills and written and reading command of English.
- High standard of integrity and professionalism.
- Ability to pass a drug and background check. No smoking.
Must be strong, able to work outdoors for extended hours year round and be able to lift at least 40 pounds.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $18.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 – 50 per week
