Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain schedules, including calendar management for team members and executives.
- Serve as the first point of contact for visitors and clients at the front desk, providing exceptional customer support.
- Perform clerical duties such as filing, data entry, and document preparation to ensure accurate record-keeping.
- Assist in coordinating meetings, including preparing agendas and taking minutes.
- Handle incoming calls and correspondence, directing inquiries to appropriate personnel.
- Support personal assistant tasks as needed, including travel arrangements and expense reporting.
- Maintain an organized office environment by managing supplies and equipment inventory.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in an administrative role or similar position is preferred.
