Position Summary:
We’re looking for an experienced and driven Lead Detailer to manage and execute advanced detailing services. This role requires expertise in ceramic coatings, wet sanding, rock chip repair, sealants, and paint correction. As the Lead Detailer, you’ll not only work hands-on but also help train and oversee junior team members to ensure top-tier results.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform high-end detailing services, including ceramic coatings, paint correction, sealants, and wet sanding.
- Execute rock chip repairs and maintain a flawless finish on luxury and exotic vehicles.
- Oversee daily operations within the detail bay, ensuring efficiency and quality control.
- Train and mentor junior detailers, setting standards for techniques and procedures.
- Maintain inventory of detailing supplies and equipment.
- Work closely with management to coordinate service schedules and customer satisfaction.
- Uphold a clean, organized, and professional work environment.
Qualifications:
- 3 years of professional detailing experience, with a focus on ceramic coatings, paint correction, and wet sanding.
- Proficiency in rock chip repair, sealant application, and swirl/scratch removal.
- Experience training or managing a team is highly preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and passion for delivering high-quality work.
- Self-motivated with excellent time management skills.
- Comfortable working with high-end and exotic vehicles.
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
