We’re looking for a Retail Sales Associate who’s organized, customer-focused, and ready to help us take the client experience to the next level.

Position Summary:

As a Retail Sales Associate at Simple Details, you’ll be the first point of contact for our clients—helping them understand our services and guiding them through the booking process. You’ll use our CRM system to manage leads, follow up with potential customers, and stay on top of the sales pipeline. If you love cars, are great with people, and are detail-oriented, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet walk-in clients and respond to phone, email, and online inquiries.
• Educate customers on our services: wraps, ceramic coatings, PPF, tint, detailing, and more.
• Create estimates, generate invoices, and schedule appointments.
• Use our CRM system to track leads, manage follow-ups, and maintain client communication.
• Stay on top of warm and cold leads with timely, professional follow-up.
• Maintain a clean, organized showroom and ensure a welcoming environment.
• Work closely with the install and detail teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Stay informed on industry trends, services, and product updates.

Qualifications:

• 1–3 years in sales, automotive services, or customer service.
• Experience using CRM software to manage leads and sales workflow.
• Strong communication, time management, and organizational skills.
• Ability to explain technical services in a customer-friendly way.
• Motivated, reliable, and comfortable working independently or with a team.
• Passion for the automotive industry is a big plus.
• Basic computer and POS system proficiency.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $14.85 - $16.35 per hour
