Role Description
This is a full-time on-site IT Support Specialist II role located in Huntsville, AL. The IT Specialist II is a member of a team focused on assisting Simple Helix customers via ticketing system and direct telephone contact. We provide support for Windows desktops and servers, Microsoft 365 products, backup solutions, computer networks and other IT services.
Qualifications
- This is a 100 Percent On-Site Position
- Respond to help desk tickets, phone calls, and emails, providing in-depth troubleshooting
- Technical Support and Troubleshooting skills
- Experience with Windows 10/11, MacOS, and Linux.
- Desktop Computers and Information Technology knowledge
- Assist with software installations, upgrades, and system patches.
- Administer and maintain Active Directory, Office 365, and enterprise collaboration tools.
- Help Desk Support experience
- Problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to work well under pressure
- Maintain and update IT knowledge base articles for common issues.
- On-call rotations.
- Travel to Customer sites when needed.
