Construction Laborer

Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Construction Laborer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting with various construction tasks, ensuring that projects are completed efficiently and safely. This role requires physical stamina, a strong work ethic, and the ability to work collaboratively with others on-site.

Duties

• Assist in the preparation of construction sites by clearing debris and setting up necessary equipment.
• Perform manual labor tasks such as digging, lifting, and moving materials as directed by supervisors.
• Operate basic hand tools and power tools safely and effectively.
• Follow safety protocols to maintain a safe work environment for all team members.
• Support skilled tradespeople in their tasks, including carpentry, plumbing, and electrical work.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the job site throughout the duration of projects.
• Participate in team meetings to discuss project progress and address any concerns.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in construction or labor-intensive roles is preferred but not required.
• Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 pounds) and perform physically demanding tasks for extended periods.
• Familiarity with basic hand tools and power tools is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety practices on-site.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work well within a team environment.
• Willingness to learn new skills and take direction from supervisors.
