What are the responsibilities and job description for the Sales Professional position at Simple Life?
Job Summary: The Sales Associate (SA) will report to the on-site General Manager and will be aligned with the corporate marketing team located in Jacksonville Florida to meet or exceed the Annual Sales Plan and Sales Forecasts made up of new and resale homes and homesite leases.
Role Requirements:
- Engaging in the NC sales efforts through the personal production of sales, with the help of a well-trained corporate marketing support team.
- Touring prospects daily around our community and the available homes we have on site
- Supporting the Future Resident(s) selections along with our onsite Director of Homes
- Walk models and spec homes daily to unsure show ready
- Reach quarterly sales goals and gross margin goals as outlined in the sales plan
- Effectively manage the sales pipeline after appointments are set, follow, thank you, drip marketing
- Sharing feedback on marketing initiatives to enhance the customer awareness of Simple Life
- Takes listings for resale homes
- Supports Future Resident(s) through the buying process until closed
- Explains the warranty programs and loan options
- Works with Director of Homes on supporting Future Resident(s) to get loans
Skills and Qualifications:
- A strong closer, who enjoys taking tours with the customers, and is not afraid to ask for the sale
- Able to work alone in a small team
- Highly influential and motivational
- Positive and upbeat in your creative sales approach
- Articulate and professional in person, in writing, and on the phone
- Social and self-assured, with great confidence in an emotionally charged sales environment
- Proficient in computer technology, we will train in the use of our ZOHO CRM program
- 5 years’ experience in real estate sales and closing ability
- Impeccable interpersonal and negotiation skills
- Supports the Resales Manager with getting info prepped for all listings
- Works with Marketing team on new initiatives and reviewing sales data
