- Foster a positive work environment and encourage teamwork among staff.
- Safety and Compliance:
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
- Develop and enforce policies to maintain a safe working environment.
- Financial Management:
- Manage the plant's budget and financial performance.
- Work on cost-control measures and resource optimization.
- Process Improvement:

Qualifications
1. Bilingual of English and Spanish
2. Able to work around the border, like Laredo or McAllen.
3. Bachelor’s Degree, negotiable if rich experiences in manufacturing operations
4. Over 10 years of experience in manufacturing or production environments
5. Over 5 years of experience in leading teams and managing operations as a supervisor or management role
6. Familiar in orthopedic brace industry, or injection molding, sewing, and assembling processes.
7. In-depth understanding of production processes, machinery, and technology used in the specific industry
8. Strong grasp of quality control standards and practices to ensure product quality
9. Understanding of safety regulations, environmental laws, and industry-specific compliance requirements
10. Leadership and team management skills, communication skills, problem-solving and decision-making
11. Budgeting, financial planning and cost management
12. Strategic thinking
