Job Summary : We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Solar PV Installer to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of solar photovoltaic (PV) systems on residential and commercial properties. This role requires a strong understanding of solar technology, electrical systems, and a commitment to safety and quality.

Key Responsibilities :

• Installation : Install solar panels, inverters, and associated electrical equipment according to industry standards and manufacturer specifications.
• Maintenance : Perform regular inspections and maintenance of installed systems to ensure optimal performance.
• Electrical Work : Conduct electrical work, including wiring and connections, while adhering to local, state, and national codes.
• System Testing : Test systems post-installation to ensure they are functioning correctly and efficiently.
• Site Assessment : Assist with site assessments and measurements to determine optimal system design and installation locations.
• Customer Interaction : Communicate effectively with customers to explain system operations and maintenance requirements.
• Safety Compliance : Follow all safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a safe work environment.
• Team Collaboration : Work collaboratively with other team members, including project managers and electricians, to complete installations on time and within budget.
